Our Story
Anycomm was founded over 20 years ago as a sole proprietorship. After about 10 years, thanks to increased turnover, the company became an Srl (limited liability company). When the project started, Anycomm was part of another company, with a different corporate group, and was called Editing Store. At the time, I, Dario, the current CEO, decided to embark on a new path, proposing an innovative idea to the then-corporate structure. This proposal was not accepted, and I decided to pursue it alone, going freelance and founding Anycomm. I was inspired by advice from a long-time friend, who remains a reference point for me to this day. He suggested combining "Any" with "Comm," where the double "M" represents the word "commerce," an international reference to the business world. This is how the name Anycomm was born.

Soon after, my brother joined the project, leaving his previous unfulfilling job to follow me. This happened during a difficult time for the company, when we struggled to guarantee ourselves a salary each month. My brother has been by my side for 16 years now, and later, my other brother also decided to join the project. Today, both are fundamental pillars of the company.

Achievements

There have been many significant steps in our journey, and one of the first I remember, which unfortunately seems almost trivial today, was when we exceeded 5 million in turnover. For us, at the time, that milestone was truly important, considering the situation we were in both from a corporate and personal perspective. It was a great result given our position.

In subsequent years, another big step was achieving sustainability. We worked to expand both our customer base and our product range, and above all, we aimed to build reliability and a solid reputation for sustainability for the company. These results laid the groundwork for a series of satisfactions, which, in the long run, turned into real successes. It is these successes that today allow us to look with pride at the turnover we are achieving.

If I think about how we started, from a garage and a basement, and consider that from that garage we have reached 15 million in turnover, we can say that our journey has been long and full of challenges. Today, compared to where we started, every year has been a step forward, every year has given us a new motivational push to do even better. For us, therefore, every year has always been better than the previous one, and every achievement has represented growth that has motivated us further.

Company Culture

I would describe our company culture as versatile, because I can't remember a single year that was the same as another, neither from a commercial point of view, nor from an economic point of view, nor, even less, in terms of future prospects. Every year, in fact, we have always made significant modifications and changes. An emblematic example of this adaptability was the COVID period. While many companies stopped, waiting for normality to be restored, and competitors mainly focused on the end of incentives, we never stopped. We continued to invest and innovate, to be ready to seize the economic recovery and face challenges with renewed energy.

These values influence how we operate and interact with our customers. Initially, our offering does not substantially differ from that of similar companies. However, what happens is that, after testing us both from a human and professional point of view, our customers realize that our approach to work is always ethical. This allows us to establish a sincere and transparent relationship with them, where they know that with us they will never risk receiving a defective or out-of-warranty product.

Our ethics and commitment to quality have allowed us to become a company of maximum reliability. We are experts in our work; we perfectly understand our rights and duties. When a customer contacts us, we make every effort to immediately establish a relationship of mutual trust.

Furthermore, it is our practice to share our know-how with clients. In the past, many viewed this practice as a weakness, but for us, it is a real strength. Our vision has always been that sharing fosters growth. When I limit sharing, in fact, I am also limiting the possibility for others to share their experiences with me. This leads to limited growth for everyone. Conversely, with sharing, growth is common and multiplied.

Key Team Members

Naturally, as in all teams, every component is necessary, but no one is indispensable. However, in our team, this statement is not entirely true, because the ownership structure occupies a unique and indispensable position in our "puzzle". Only the unity and authentic belonging to the company allow us to put all the pieces together and create a solid and coherent picture, giving life to a strong and unique reality.

To give a few examples, Roberto, our fantastic sales director, in my opinion, could be considered among the top profiles in Italy. His professional journey has been long and rich in experience, and this market knowledge is bringing us enormous satisfaction. Today, in fact, managers of primary companies in Italy turn to him for feedback on the market and on company figures, thanks to his clear and strategic vision.

Then there are my brothers, Enzo and Michele, who are like a locomotive pulling freight cars. Their reliability is over 100%, because they are people who never miss an appointment, always arrive two hours early at the office and open the company early in the morning to make sure everything is ready for when the rest of the staff arrives. They are attentive, scrupulous, and calm, and these virtues allow them to introduce new procedures and correct existing ones, continuously optimizing our work. They are the true top managers who, with their commitment, make the entire group grow and optimize.

Finally, there's Vincenzo, who brought about the real managerial turning point for our company. When the numbers grew exponentially, it would have been difficult to cope without him. Vincenzo is the master of our management system, and only thanks to him have we managed the enormous volume of work, which last year exceeded thousands of invoices. His technical and managerial expertise gave us the necessary impetus to make a big leap forward and optimize all company processes.

Products and Services

Over the years, we have evolved our product sector, while always maintaining a strong connection with our main business. Initially, we focused on telephony, but later decided to direct our core business towards services, as they represented a source of great satisfaction at that time. With time, however, we returned to focusing on the distribution of telephony-related products, then expanding our offering with gaming and accessories, to meet new market needs.

Compared to our competitors, there isn't a true absolute uniqueness of the products, but what differentiates us is how they are sold. For example, if we state that a product has an Italian warranty, this warranty is effectively valid for our market, just as the European warranty applies to products that include it. Unfortunately, this transparency is not always found with some of our competitors, who may not adhere to the same warranty standards.

Another important aspect that distinguishes us is our ability to create advantageous conditions for our business customers. Often, in fact, we offer opportunities that allow them to achieve higher margins, such as economic facilitations that translate into potential additional earnings. Furthermore, in some circumstances, we also offer gifts, which represent an additional advantage in terms of extra profitability for our customers.

Although our products are not always unique in the market, our know-how allows us to create conditions that favor our clients' growth. In this way, when they grow, we also benefit, creating a virtuous cycle that is advantageous for all involved parties.

For our customers, we offer various solutions, including dropshipping contracts and the delivery of pre-packaged goods. In many cases, we also manage customized packaging, created to meet specific customer needs. This approach allows our partners to benefit from more convenient and efficient management.

Furthermore, another advantage we offer concerns shipping. Thanks to advantageous contracts with couriers, resulting from the volume of turnover we manage, we can offer our customers all-inclusive shipping costs, often more competitive than the rates they could obtain independently. In this way, they can obtain more favorable conditions without incurring additional costs.

Currently, our main clients are companies of various sizes: from those managing a large volume of business to those in a growth phase. Smaller companies, in particular, often face difficulties in covering all their needs due to the limited tools available to them. In some cases, for example, they might struggle with cash flow and therefore need credit. In other cases, they might need to purchase large quantities of goods but do not yet have adequate logistics, so they entrust us with managing their logistics.

Furthermore, in some situations, we have managed to create mutually beneficial relationships, also through a network of contacts that has allowed us to establish stronger and more lasting ties with our customers, who also choose us for our reliability and, often, for a certain affection that develops over time.

Social and Environmental Commitment

Twenty years ago, when some thought we recycled the backs of papers to save on paper, in reality we didn't do it for economic reasons—paper has an irrelevant cost in the budget—but because we have always been very attentive to sustainability. In this regard, 18 years ago, in our historic office, we installed the first solar panels.

We started thinking seriously about sustainability three or four years ago, and today, for a couple of years, most of our company fleet is fully electric. In addition, we have learned to reduce our environmental impact by optimizing shipments. Previously, every order was shipped with the first available courier, while today we carefully calculate the shortest route to minimize our impact.

Today, anyone who doesn't pay attention to the environment is, in my opinion, blind. One only needs to look at our seas, now threatened by pollution, to understand how urgent change is. Personally, I am very attentive to the environment and believe that there are many ways to reduce waste and pollution, even in small daily actions. I will always do my best to ensure that Anycomm can become an increasingly eco-sustainable company.

In the past, we had a smaller, owned office, and we could have saved a lot of money by staying there. However, we realized that we needed to find a more functional location, closer to courier hubs. Today, we are only 1 km from the main couriers, which not only optimizes shipping times but also reduces the distance covered by couriers to collect our goods. In this way, we have significantly reduced the environmental impact related to transport.

Today, we are proud to be leaders in the sector, continuing to grow and innovate, always with the same spirit that has guided us from the beginning.
